Summer Fun Overload
Like I said....we have been busier than I meant for us to be, but it has been fun stuff. Last week Garrett did Zoo Camp from 9 am to 12 noon each day. The first day must have been kind of crazy in his class because he didn't have much to say when I picked him up. By bedtime that night, he finally was ready to go back the next day. When I asked him "you said earlier that you didn't want to go back to zoo camp. what changed?" he simply said "my mind". On Tuesday an animal came to their room, so he was very excited about that. After that, each day brought a new "visitor" to the room (birds, hedgehogs, etc). They also visited a different part of the zoo each day to learn about certain "mammals" (his words) and even got to ride the train.
