Vandals

Someone destroyed my bathroom this morning. I spent about 5 minutes in my closet getting dressed, and I came back into the bathroom to discover this. Garrett swears he didn't do it, and Sophie's not talking.

When Toddlers Attack

Image
Guess who got bit today? Thank goodness Garrett wasn't the one doing the biting. And thank goodness it was a human and not a dog. At least with toddlers there isn't mandatory quaratine...that could get ugly.  I'd much rather he get bit than bite someone else. Funny how that works. I took these pictures tonight, so the bruise wasn't as pronounced. Since it happened at Mother's Day Out, the teachers can't tell me who the biter was. It is kind of fun to try to figure out which toddler did it, though. I know 2 of the moms in the class, so between the 3 of us, it should be process of elimination. Tomorrow if the little stinker tries to bite Garrett again, he is going to give them a knuckle sandwhich. Just like this.... Yeah, right. You can tell he is really traumatized.

Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch w/ the Lessly's

Garrett got his first wagon ride at the Pumpkin Patch on Sunday. The wagon was fun, but kind of lonely. Good thing Halie was there! Getting some kisses in the pumpkin patch... The wagon is so much more fun with a friend... Showing his muscles... That is just his "i'm so excited face". Halie and Rebecca... Giving Daddy kisses... The Lessly's The Donaho's

State Fair of Texas

Image
After Erin completed her photo appointments, we were off to the Fair in Dallas. With all the traffic due to the Texas-OU game at the Cotton Bowl, we opted to take the train. It was a hit with the boys. Atlee kept saying "Train, bye bye". Here we are waiting for the train. The trains were not designed for double strollers. They are such big boys. We could hear the train blowing its horn from our seats, so the boys thought that was exciting. It put into context that we were actually on a train. We finally made it to the huge crowd of burnt orange and crimson. We might have been the only fair goers who didn't go to the game. As the afternoon went on, the crowd thinned out...thank goodness! A great picture of Jason & Erin... At the Midway... There was a "farm" for the kids to visit. It was a hit with the boys... Garrett the pig and Atlee the cow. Atlee about to enter the barn... Every farmer needs an apron to wear ...
