VBS 2012
Garrett attended the Methodist church's VBS last week. He really loved it (he said even more than zoo school!) and it was super close to our house. He also loved the fact that Gracie was in his class. He looked a little overwhelmed as I was dropping him off of the first day (yet he was eager to go sit with Gracie). The sanctuary was packed full of people and music and lights were very vibrant. It was like walking into a rock concert. 1200 kids and volunteers! This was him as I picked him up after his 1st day of VBS....he had a great time. Here are some photos his teacher sent me of their week (seriously...how awesome it is that she took the time to do that??) On Thursday evening, they invited all parents to attend the final program. This was before the program... someone interrupted our photo session I was amazed and how well Garrett knew all the songs and the hand motions. His favorite song just happened to be my all-time...
