Busy Friday

Image
We did some Christmas shopping at the Ace Hardware.... Garrett had to check out the decorations and find the baby Jesus. He loves this store because of the little carts... He got a new rake to help with all of our leaves... We took Daddy to lunch.... He used his straw as a flute... Got a haircut.... Did some of Mommy's computer work.... And wore the new pajamas that he picked out while we were at Marshall's

It's hard to believe November is almost over

It seems this month has flown by faster then any other month this year. This past week was my last travel week for work, so we didn't do too much or take many pictures. However, I have to occasionally post pictures or else I receive ugly emails from Aunts and Nanas about my lack of updates. So even though it was a low key week, here are some pictures (with a few things Garrett said that I'll need to remember). He loves my jewelry. We were getting ready for church on Sunday and he came out with my jewelry on (as best as he could get it, anyway). We got the chance to go to another birthday at the Ft. Worth mini-train. The weather has been so great the past 2 weekends, and we were fortunate enough to spend it at such a great park with our friends. I love this photo of Garrett and his buddy, Adrien. These boys are truly happy when they are on a train. Thank goodness Zane was able to supervise so Joanne and I could visit on the seat in front of them. :) Elcairs and Cupcakes ~ our k...

Cookin...

No photo - boring, I know. But I've been out of town all week on my LAST work trip before maternity leave. I'm officially too big to travel, I really need my special pillow to sleep, and I spend way too much time peeing. I had to post a quick story before I forget. Zane was cooking on the grill last night. Since I was out of town he was just cooking for himself and Garrett. Garrett went outside with him to check on the meat. Garrett said "Daddy cook outside. Mama cook inside." Zane was pretty tickled with his statement....it is so, very true!
