Prior to the game, Garrett made his 1st visit to Texas Tech. He slept through most of the visit.

Once we got in Lubbock we headed over to see Aunt Nettie and Marcus at their tailgate spot. Garrett's first experience tailgating was having his diaper changed on the tailgate.

Garrett's 1st Halloween was mostly spent driving to Lubbock for the big game. He is such a good traveler. Here are some pics from our time on the road. Pit stop in Clyde, Texas...

Today is my first day away from Garrett and Zane. Even though I still have about 6 weeks before I return to work, I'm making a quick trip to Atlanta to meet my new boss and see my team. I left at 6 a.m. only to have one flight delay after another while at DFW. I should make it to Atlanta around 2 p.m. (originally suppose to be there at 10 a.m.) and will be home Thursday afternoon. Marta, Zane, and Annette will all be there to take care of G. Wish us luck....we'll need it:)

Today is Tia Erin's (Zane's little sis) birthday. Hope today is great. We love you!

In honor of G's 1st Halloween, we all dressed up for the Fun-n-Frolic Festival at our church on Friday. Since cowboy gear is ample around our house, we were cowboys and cowgirls. Karsyn was a hot pink cowgirl. Our church is currently booming with babies ~ just a few here: Debi & Garrett, Gypsy & Eli, Karen & Travis, and Lori & Madison. Karsyn & hot pink teeth. Zane and I had a great time at Ashley & Justin's wedding on Saturday. They are off in the Bahamas at the moment enjoying their honeymoon. Congrats to the. Thank you, TeTe for watching Garrett. We enjoyed our first night out tremendously.
