The Donaho's

the boys had their school trike a thon on March 21st. They were both really excited. the 3 year olds "raced" at 9:30 and then the Pre-k classes raced at 11.  Gus's group. on your mark, get set...... GO! now I was NOT keeping track of who was "winning" because this isn't about winners or losers. This was to raise money for a great overly-deserving cause (St. Jude's). But if it was a race, and if I was keeping tabs, gus would have been the winner. hands down.. But I totally wasn't even noticing:) His feet did not stop pedaling for 30 minutes. Garrett would walk/job along side him and cheer him on ~ it was really cute. Gus and Coach Garrett he slowed down at one point so Garrett gave him a boost. Whenever Gus would come near his teachers, he would start pedaling extra fast as if he was showing off. Afterwards, the kids all got Popsicles. Next up was Garrett and the pre-k kids. Our playgroup went to a farm in Keller today. We always have a great time when we visit. They had lots of goat, chickens, rabbits, pigs, but the biggest hit was the puppies. Garrett just loved them. 

the boys anxiously waiting for Nana & Papa to arrive at the restaurant where we were meeting for lunch. Nana brough them a popcorn maker, so Papa was putting it together with plenty of help.  trying to make kettle corn.  safety glasses were mandatory Mom brought me a yummy cheesecake and they all sang to me. then Mom & Dad babysat these 3 so we could all (Zane, me, Mindy & Jarrett( go out to dinner with some friends. The boys were excited. I was super excited and i think Mom & Dad were pretty excited to spend the night with the kids = win, win. I was very grateful to have them here. thank you so much, Mom & Dad!  Mindy and my friend, Monique, planned a great evening at an Italian restaurant in Grapevine (where we had dinner for my 30th birthday ~ I was expecting Garrett at the time).   both sisters!  We tried to get some cheesy girl photos so many great friends, a beautiful room, delicious...
