It's Stockshow Time...
One of our favorite times of the year is here: Ft. Worth Stock Show Time! We go at least a couple times each year, and we make sure to catch up with friends that are in town showing steers, etc. We enjoy the livestock, the shopping, the food and the rodeo. Now that we've watched the parade, it might be our new favorite part. This is the annual All Western Parade. There were no motorized vehicles, and sand trucks dumped sand/gravel/dirt mixture on the streets of downtown Ft. Worth so that the horses could easily stroll. We got there early to secure a good spot. It was chilly, especially because all the tall building kept us hidden from the sun. My littlest buckaroo sporting his Wranglers. Baby cowboy butts...
