Greta's 1st Camping Trip! We just did a little trip to Joe Pool for the weekend.   Garrett at 4 months old   Greta at 7 months old. Sam outfit.   We lucked out with a creek right behind our campsites. The boys had a total blast getting dirty and exploring.  Waiting on breakfast  She takes after her brothers with her love of pancakes.  Kona snowiness showed up just in time to cool us down.   She got to go on her first bike ride.  The boys went to the beach for a little while so Greta could nap.  Our group pic ~ so much fun!  one last bike ride and Greta fell asleep  Gus packed his own clothes and didn't listen to what i told him to pack. He arrived for the weekend with several swim suits and jeans, but not regular shorts or underwear. Thank goodness Cayden had clothes to spare....

We knew October 9-10 would probably be our last chance to have a family getaway with the boys before baby came. We booked a weekend at Jellystone in Burleson. We were fortunate to have the Rauh and Cox families joining us, too. We were thrilled to have a 3-day weekend to relax and enjoy camping (even if we were in a really night cabin). We arrived Thursday evening. Construction at the house just happened to be VERY dusty as they were jackhammering through the slab to re-do plumbing in the downstair bathroom reconfiguration. The house was FULL of dust, we were all sneezing, etc. So this was the perfect chance to get away. It was a bonus that it was only 20 minutes from home.   my 3 pumpkins. our weekend casa, with the Rauh's right next door. fun at Target where we had to get some Halloween supplies for our costumes.  some crafts hayride at 37 weeks relaxing after a long day. ...
