Before heading to San Antonio, Garrett & I went to the park while Zane finished up his work. We had a quick work out with the girls and then tried out the swings. Then we installed Garrett's new car seat. He was still within the weight limit for his old carseat, but his feet were hanging out the end of the seat. On the way to San Antonio we also tried out a sippy cup....it didn't go so well. Guess we'll try again.

Granny passed away this afternoon. Please keep The Kowalik's in your prayers, and pray that Granny is happy, full of energy, and feeling good right now.

Please keep Zane's Granny in your prayers. She isn't doing well tonight, and may have had a series of strokes this evening. She is such a great lady. At 93 years old she is sharp as a tack, very witty, and LOVES scratch off lotto tickets. She makes wonderful kolaches. Here she is with Zane a few years ago when we spent the day with her and she showed us how she made her kolaches. It was a lot of work, but they were delicious. I haven't been able to make them quite like she does, but will keep working at it. We are praying that she pulls through.
