I came out into the living room and found Garrett on the couch reading a People Magazine. Luckily my camera was nearby. After some house-hunting, we ate at the Sonic with the awesome playground in Rendon. Garrett wasn't sure if he loved or hated the horse ride. Then we headed to Southlake for Tye Holdrige's 3rd Birthday party at Jump For Fun. Garrett was especially fond of the Elmo Jump House. Garrett was excited to sit with all the big kids. Garrett kept harassing the kid next to him. He would take his fritos and pick at his cupcake. It was funny to us because the little kid was so annoyed with Garrett.

After all those snowy, rainy, and cold days of Winter and early Spring, the Bluebonnets have finally appeared. They made for great scenery on our way home from South Texas. They were all over the banks of the highways. We found this particular patch just north of Panna Maria on highway 123.

Today we went to a Lutheran church in Kingsville. It was a nice, small church (Missouri Synod). It didn't compare to our church's big celebratory Easter Sunday service, but it was a very nice service. It is always fun to visit a new church. Afterwards we headed back to Julsie and Who Who's to enjoy our last day with them. We were about to go down to the pier, when one of the guys brought up a sting ray they had just caught. Zane holding onto Garrett to keep him from blowing away... It was super windy. My little maid...he loves to play with brooms, mops, swiffers, etc.
