J.W. Marriott w/ Friends
My friend, Monique, suggested we take the kids and get away for a few days to the JW Marriot in San Antonio. She has a friend that works at Marriott and got us a great rate on the rooms. We left on Monday morning, had breakfast in Marble Falls at Bluebonnet Cafe, and we were poolside by 12:30. One of our friends couldn't go, so I begged Mindy to go and it worked out perfectly. She and Stella are the perfect travel companions for my crew. Since we left so early (6:45 am), the kids were REALLY good on the way down. The kids area at the JWM is so fun for them, and it makes it easy on the parents. Stella is a water baby. She was great. Somehow all of the little kids managed to nap poolside. i think all the water fountains made it a very relaxing area for them to sleep. They did these slides over and over and over again. We were missing Cadence in this picture. I don't recall any of the kids fighting while we were there. ...
