Aunt Nettie's office party

Image
Annette invited us to her work Halloween party on Thursday night. Her entire office building participated, and each floor had a different them. The boys got to sport their costumes again. Shepherd of Life Trunk-or-Treat

Our church has a contest for the best "dressed" car, so it is fun to see how everyone decorates their vehicle. Garrett & Gus got to debut their Halloween costumes courtesy of Nana.....she keeps them looking good. Meet Friar Tuck... Meet Robin Hood... Robin Hood in deep thought with his bow & arrow Friar Tuck chewing on his rosary beads... Madison, Garrett and the Hickman boys Checking out his goodies.. Garrett and his buddy, Heston. my little merry man... Aunt Nettie joined us, too.

His vantage point of big bro is compromised in this new seat. After a night in Midland and leaving the boys with my parents, we left for Marfa (via Fort Davis to have lunch at Poco). Our hotel was really neat. It was built in the 1920s and has housed guests like James Dean and Elizabeth Taylor for the movie "Giant".   Our suite had lots of character....very cute! Rehearsal dinner... The Hohensee's. Little Pierce is the ring bearer. The groom and his best man. quintessential West Texas...   An after-party on Friday Night with mariachis Saturday morning brunch The groomsmen surprised Morgan with calf fries.
