Garrett's Birthday Party ~ Gone Fishin'
Garrett's "birthday week" started on Friday. Nana and Papa arrived and Must have thought it was Christmas ;-) They got my little scavenger a metal detector. Gus got a talking Elmo. Even though it was hot, the boys played in the yard the rest of the day and scavenged. Papa was the shovel guy while Garrett detected the goodies. They found lots of old, old stuff from the homestead that was here at some point. Friday night we partied at Bass Pro. Annette made a pirate ship last year, so she made a shark this year (per G's request). The party store was all out of fish balloons, except for these 2 dolphins. Kind of strange...
